What is an e-Pro?

An e-PRO is a REALTOR with a certification from the National Association of Realtors as an Internet real estate specialist. An e-PRO has internet competencies not usually possessed by most REALTORS. This is especially important since most Sellers and Buyers start with internet to sell or purchase property. An e-PRO will compliment Sellers and Buyers to make sure they get the most value from their use of the internet.

Here are a few examples of what
Rowland Fellows does with technology to maximize the value that his clients' get from the internet:

Complete MLS search capabilities for the Sacramento-area Multiple Listing Service: ValleyMLS.rowlandfellows.com

Complete MLS search capabilities for the Tahoe/Truckee Multiple Listing Service: TahoeMLS.rowlandfellows.com

Market update statistics for the Sacramento-area real estate market, updated monthly: MarketUpdate.rowlandfellows.com

Rowland also provides a complete presentation of his marketing plan for Sellers to review before listing their property for sale:
Marketing.rowlandfellows.com AND a preview of the website for the seller's property that will go up on the web to assist in marketing the home: 123OurStreet.com
